Thought For Today

Thank the Lord for all the glorious things He does, proclaim them to the nations. Sing His praises and tell everyone about His miracles. Glory in the Lord; oh worshipers of God, rejoice. Psalms 105:1 – 3

Thank You Lord that every day You give us something to rejoice in. When our busy lives come to the end of the day and we evaluate the day we see Your blessings and feel Your love. We humbly bow and thank You.

Thank You for this day Lord. Thank You for Your strength and wisdom. Thank You for Your love.

Thank You Lord.

I will praise You everywhere around the world, in every nation. For Your loving kindness is great beyond measure, high as the heavens. Your faithfulness reaches the skies. Psalms 108:3, 4

Thank You Lord for being with us today. What a joy it is to share You with others. I certainly have been privileged to praise You around the world. You were with me then and You are with me now. Oh how thankful I am for Your presence in my life. Thank You for Your love. Your unconditional love. And Lord….thank You for Your loving kindness

We need have no fear of someone who loves us so perfectly; His perfect love for us eliminates all dread of what He might do to us. If we are afraid, it is for fear of what He might do to us, and shows that we are not fully convinced that He truly loves us. So you see, our love for Him comes as a result of His loving us first. 1 John 4:18, 19

Oh Lord what confidence these verses give us in living our lives. Thank You for showing us how much You love us and care about us. Thank You for reminding us that Your perfect love for us takes away all our fears. We love You Lord and thank You for giving us Your strength and Your peace and Your joy today and every day.

And as we live with Christ, our love grows more perfect and complete; so we will not be ashamed and embarrassed at the day of judgment but can face Him with confidence and joy, because He loves us and we love Him too. 1 John 4:17

Lord once again we thank You for Your love for us. We love You Lord. Thank You for helping our love grow and become more perfect and complete. Thank You for helping us become more and more like You each day. Thank You for Your peace and joy.

We know how much God loves us because we have felt His love and because we believe Him when He tells us that He loves us dearly. God is love and anyone who lives in love is living with God and God is living with Him. 1 John 4:16

Thank You Lord for Your everlasting love. A love that is totally unconditional. A love that is preparing a place for us to dwell with You forever and ever. A love that is there when we call out to You in deep despair. A love that gives us comfort in knowing that You have promised to always be with us no matter what we are going through in life. Oh how can we help but praise and thank You for a love that will ALWAYS be with us.

And furthermore, we have seen with our own eyes and now tell all the world that God sent His Son to be their Savior. Anyone who believes and says that Jesus is the son of God has God living in him and he is living with God. 1 John 4:14, 15

Thank You Lord that we can know that we are living with You. Thank You for Your love for us. Thank You for Your Holy Spirit that guides and directs our lives. You are here with us today and we thank You.

And He has put His own Holy Spirit into our hearts as a proof to us that we are living with Him and He with us. 1 John 4:13

Thank You Lord for the Holy Spirit. When You left this earth You told us You would send a comforter. That comforter is the Holy Spirit. Thank You for Your assurance that You are living with us. Thank You for being with us today and filling us with Your peace.

Thank You Lord for filling us with Your love. I love Your many promises You give us when we follow You and obey. Here You are showing us how our love for You can grow stronger. It is by loving each other. Thank You for living in us and helping us become more and more like You. Oh how blessed we are Lord and we thank You.

I am leaving you with a gift – – peace of mind and heart! And the peace I give isn’t fragile like the peace the world gives. So don’t be troubled or afraid. John 14:27

Thank You Lord for this wonderful verse filled with encouragement. Yes, Your peace IS Your gift to us. And oh how we need that gift each and every day of our lives. It is Your gift of peace that keeps us from being troubled and afraid. Thank You for calming our hearts and minds.

Thank You Lord for the rest that only You can give us. Thank You for allowing us to sit at Your feet and learn. Thank You for helping us learn as we travel on our adventures in life. Thank You that we are never alone. You are always with us to bring comfort and encouragement and oh how we need that Lord. We love You Lord and thank You for loving us unconditionally. Thank You for being right here with us each moment of this day.
