Thank You Lord that You are our light.
Thank You that we can see clearly because of You.
Thank You that You take the blinders off our eyes and show us the way.
Thank You that You allow us to share our light with others.
Thank You that the better we know You the brighter our light shines.
Thank You that our lives are all about You and Your power within us.
Amazing Lord!!!

The men of Nineveh will arise at the judgment with this generation and condemn it; for they repented at the preaching of Jonah, and behold, something greater than Jonah is here. Luke 12:32
Lord You kept trying to get these people You were speaking to to acknowledge who You were and they just couldn’t accept You.
No matter how much You talked and tried to show them they did not want to believe.
Thank You Lord that You never give up trying to teach us.
Thank You that You keep showing us in different ways who and what You are.
Thank You for being so patient in waiting for us.
Thank You that we never have to wonder if You are there because we know You never leave us or forsake us.
Thank You for wanting to give us the best.
We are blessed Lord!

(Jesus continued) “The queen of the South will arise at the judgment with the men of this generation and condemn them; for she came from the ends of the earth to hear the wisdom of Solomon, and behold, something greater than Solomon is here.” Luke 11:31
Lord You are the greatest and You were trying to show this crowd who You really were.
They didn’t get it and on top of that they were told over and over by You that they didn’t understand who You were.
You never gave up. You kept telling them over and over who You were.
Thank You Lord that we can know You today.
Thank You that You never give up on us but keep calling us.
Thank You for showing us who You are.
Thank You for the peace that You alone can give.
I bow in awe.

When the crowds were increasing, He (Jesus) began to say, “This generation is an evil generation; it seeks a sign, but no sign shall be given to it except the sign of Jonah. For as Jonah became a sign to the men of Nineveh so will the Son of man be to this generation.” Luke 11:29, 30
Thank You Lord for coming to earth to become a sign that would show us Your way.
Thank You for stopping to talk with this crowd and telling them who You were.
Thank You Lord that You always have time for us.
Thank You for helping us see You for who You truly are.
Thank You Lord that we can see You and we can know You.
Thank You Lord.

But He (Jesus) said, (to the woman) “Blessed rather are those who hear the word of God and keep it!” Luke 12:28
Lord thank You that You not only heard this woman cry out but You also answered her.
Thank You that rather than point to Your own good deeds You pointed this woman to the word of God and those that keep Your word.
Thank You that we have Your word today.
Thank You that with Your help we can keep reading Your word and keep it.
Oh how fortunate we are today Lord.

As He (Jesus) said this, a woman in the crowd raised her voice and said to Him, “Blessed is the womb that bore You, and the breasts that you sucked!” Luke 11:27
Lord thank You for those on this earth that could see who You were and appreciate You.
Thank You that scripture records those that were not fighting You but saw who You were and what You were doing.
Thank You for Your compassion.
Thank You that You heard this woman’s raised voice and listened.
Thank You for always hearing us when we cry out to You.
Thank You that we are never alone because You are always with us.

(Jesus continued) “The he (the unclean spirit) goes and brings seven other spirits more evil than himself, and they enter and dwell there; and the last state of that man becomes worse then the first.” Luke 11:26
Thank You Lord for filling our void so we don’t have to be concerned with the evil spirits.
Thank You for always being with us.
Thank You that You always hear our cries for help.
Thank You that we can always trust You.
Thank You for being our savior and Lord.
Thank You for Your precious blood that was shed for us to protect us.
Thank You that You love and care for us.
Thank You that we are under Your wing.
How can we ever praise and thank You enough.

Thanks You Lord for telling us there is a better way to live.

Thank You for being with us to help us make those changes.
Thank You for Your healing touch.
Thank You for the joy of having You in our lives and the peace You bring with Your presence.
Thank You that we have it all because we have You and You ask us to come boldly to You.
