Lord how comforting to know that You are ALWAYS there.
When we ask we receive.
When we seek we find.
When we knock You answer.
There is never a time when You are not with us.
Oh how blessed we are Lord and how we thank You.

Lord these are action words….ask …..seek…..knock….. They demand action on our part.
Thank You Lord that when we seek You we find You.
Thank You that when we ask You to be Lord of our lives You do that.
Thank You Lord that when we make that first step You are right there to walk and talk with us. We are never alone again. You are always with us.

Discernment Lord is a wonderful gift. We all need it. We need it to know and understand people. We can be so taken in. We also can misjudge and miss the joy of having a true friend.
Thank You Lord for Your wisdom and understanding.
Thank You that these gifts are ours for the asking.

Lord I want to thank You today for giving us that inner consciousness when things are not right.
Thank You for helping us see OUR faults and shortcomings when we want to judge another.
Oh how we need Your love to shine in and through us. It’s not easy at times Lord to accept the shortcomings of another.
You are always there when we struggle and cry out for help.

Oh Lord You see our actions and You know our hearts. How easy it is for us to find fault with others. When we do that we don’t have to look at ourselves. Forgive us Lord. Thank You for Your love and Your patience with us.
How thankful I am that I can call upon You Lord and You are always there and willing to hear and help.

Oh Lord how easy it is to see the faults in others and yet we have the very same ones and we never see ours. I am so grateful for Your convicting power. When we keep our eyes upon You – we are exposed. No longer can we live as if we don’t know. Your healing power is there and causes us to become a whole new person.

Boy is this hard to do Lord. The only way I can do it is to stay in the moment and keep my thoughts upon You. I have to keep remembering how well You have handled each situation in my life and know that today is no different than yesterday was. You are capable of doing today what You did yesterday. Faith….trust…oh how I need them each moment of every day. Thank You Lord that You are always there. You ARE in control because I ask You to be.
Thank You for my reward when I trust You ….peace….a peace that passes all understanding….
What a gift! What a reward!
