The Lord brings the counsel of the nations to naught; He frustrates the plans of the peoples. The counsel of the Lord stands forever, the thoughts of His heart to all generations. Psalms 33:10, 11
Lord there are so many things in life that change. Life has certainly changed for all of us today. Who could have ever dreamed that we would be confined to our homes to keep us safe from a virus. Amazing really Lord when we think about it.
The great news for us that love and follow You is that You never change. Your promises are here for us today just as they were there when David wrote the Psalms. Oh how blessed we are to know that You love us and are watching over us. Our hearts rejoice and our souls are at peace and we thank You.

Lord ….we love You. Yes, we do stand in awe. You spoke and it came to be.
Thanks You Lord for giving us the faith today to trust You. What a comfort it is to know that You are with us each moment of this day. Oh how we thank and praise You.

Lord how awesome! Thank You once again for the beauty of this earth and all You have given us to enjoy.
These verses also remind me of Your power. Nothing is too hard for You.

For the word of the Lord is upright; and all His work is done in faithfulness. He loves righteousness and justice; the earth is full of the steadfast love of the Lord. Psalms 33:4, 5
Lord I am so glad this earth we live on is so full of Your steadfast love. We see the beauty of Your love all around us.
Looking at the beautiful sun rises and sun sets show me the beauty of Your love. Everyone is beautiful in its own way. Never are two the same. Who but You Lord could bless us with such beauty. We watch in awe.
The humming bird fluttering above my feeder as it stopped on its journey from the south to eat at my feeder for the first time this year. The beautiful Orio that waited on the electrical wire for me to put out the feeder so it could have nourishment to continue on its way. Oh what excitement and joy You provided for this house bound pandemic person that loves You. Who but You could create such creatures to bring so much joy to so many. Truly these are Your gifts that show us how much You love us. These were my personal gifts because You love ME and care about ME. Oh how ‘I’ thank You and praise You for all Your blessings.

Lord there is something about music that draws me closer to You. The songs and chorus seem to linger in my head and often I burst out in song praising and thanking You. I thank You for the privilege of singing in the choir and the joy it brought me. Thank You for the gift of music. It has been a blessing in my life.

What a wonderful opportunity we have to rejoice in You Lord and to give You praise. David had his ups and downs but he always came back to realizing You were always there for him.
Thank You Lord that You are here today for us. Thank You for the privilege to rejoice in who and what You are and give You praise and thanks.

Lord…what a wonderful thought when we think about Your eye watching over us and teaching us the way to go.
With our eyes upon You we can walk forward knowing that You are watching us and not only watching us You are teaching us. Your way is perfect for us. Thank You for helping us through these difficult moments. Thank You for helping us keep focused on You and all YOUR power. You are in control and we thank You.
