Thought For Today

One of the multitude said to Him, “Teacher, bid my brother divide the inheritance with me.”  And He said to them, “Take heed, and beware of all covetousness; for a man’s life does not consist in the abundance of His possessions.”  Luke 12:13, 14

Lord we sure are no different today than in the time when You were upon this earth.

There are still issues with inheritances today.  Seems I hear about them all the time.  So often families are torn apart.

Thank You Lord for teaching us what is important in life.

Lord thank You for always having an answer when confronted with questions.

Thank You for not always giving us the answers we want but for giving us the answers we need.

Thank You that none of the questions every surprised You.

Thank You that You are the way, the truth and the life.

Thank You Lord.
