He who is slow to anger is better than the mighty and he who rules his spirit than he who takes a city. Proverbs 16:32

Thank You Lord for the gift of self-control. That is what Solomon is talking about here. It truly is a wonderful gift.

To some it comes very natural as a part of their God given personality.

Thank You for helping us that don’t have that natural ability. You are always there when we cry out for help and we thank You.

Thank You for helping us moment by moment and day by day to become more and more like You.

Thank You Lord.
