Thought For Today

For great is the Lord, and greatly to be praised; He is to be feared above all gods. For all the gods of the peoples are idols; but the Lord made the heavens. Honor and majesty are before Him; strength and beauty are in the sanctuary. Psalms 96:4 – 6

Lord we do praise and thank You. Thank You for another day. Thank You for the beautify we see all around us. Thank You for being our rock to stand on. We love You Lord and thank and praise You.

Thank You Lord for the beautiful songs that sing of Your goodness to us. There are many songs today that are very uplifting as we sing of Your greatness and love for us. How wonderful it is to burst into a song and praise and thank You. Oh how we love You Lord and thank You.

Thank You Lord for loving us unconditionally. Oh how badly we need it. Oh how much better our lives are when we listen to You and obey. Thank You for helping us listen and learn.

Lord how blessed we are to be called Your children. We have that unexplainable peace because we have You as our rock to stand on. We know You are with us every step of our life. The sea is His, for He made it; for His hands formed the dry land. Psalms 95:5

Thank You Lord for our beautiful earth. It is so diverse. If we never went out of the United States we would have enough to see. There is so much variety for us to enjoy. And even if we never went out of the city we live in there is much to enjoy. We often have beautiful clouds in the blue sky. For me there are the spectacular sun rises and sun sets. There is the full moon shinning on the river. We have different flowers that grow in different areas. Lord I could go on and on thanking You for all these free gifts that are ours. So many! So much to thank You for! We are blessed.

Thank You for giving us a song in our hearts. We love You Lord and thank You for another day to thank You for our many gifts and blessings. You are with us each step of this day and we thank You.
