Thought For Today

Bless the Lord, O my soul; and forget not all His benefits, who forgives all your iniquity, who heals all your diseases, who redeems your life from the Pit, who crowns you with steadfast love and mercy, who satisfies you with good as long as you live so that your youth is renewed like the eagle’s. Psalms 103:2 – 5

Thanks You Lord! The words written show us the many gifts that are ours because of Your love for us. Oh how we praise and thank You for each one of these gifts. Thank You for Your blessings.

Thank You Lord for always being there when we call out to You. You were there for the generations before me and You will be there for the generations after me. Thank You for Your unconditional love. Thank You for being with us today and the joy and peace that is ours because of You.

Lord …thank You for being with us today. Thank You for each person that ministers to us. There are those in our lives that are a gift to be around. Your love shining through them brings peace and joy just by being around them. They are one of Your gifts and blessings.

Thank You Lord for the many songs today that thank You for all Your gifts to us. There are so many new songs today that give praise and honor to You. Yesterday at church the singers sang new songs that I had never heard before. They all praised You for who You are and the gifts we have been given as Your children. Thank You for beautiful voices that draw us closer to You as the word of the songs teach us how much You love us. Thank You for Your love. Thank You for each gift and blessing.

For the Lord is good; His steadfast love endures forever, and His faithfulness to all generations. Psalms 100:5

Thank You Lord that Your ‘steadfast love endures forever.’ Lord when we stop to ponder that statement it bring peace to our hearts. YOUR steadfast love endures FOREVER. How blessed we are when we realize what those 4 words mean. You are loving us each moment of this day. Oh how blessed we are.

Lord we thank You and we praise You. What a beautiful chapter we have been reading. It has given us many ways to thank and praise You. We can sing…we can play instruments…we can shout for joy…and we can very quietly and humbly bow and thank You. Thank You for hearing our prayers. Thank You for being with us today.

Lord…reading this verse give us comfort and joy. How wonderful it is to know that we are Your children. Thank You for ‘making us’ and giving us the desire to worship You. Thank You for watching over us just as a shepherd watches over his flock. Thank You for Your unconditional love that is always with us.

Make a joyful noise to the Lord, all the lands! Serve the Lord with gladness! Come into his presence with singing! Psalms 100:1, 2

Thank You Lord for giving us so many ways to praise and thank You. With Your joy in our hearts we come into Your presence with singing. We clap our hands and rejoice over all Your gifts. We thank and praise You for being in control of our world. We are so grateful that nothing is to hard for You. Thank You for another day to praise and worship You.
