A Song. A Psalm of David. My heart is steadfast, O God, my heart is steadfast! I will sing and make melody! Awake, my soul! Awake, O harp and lyre! I will awake the dawn! Psalms 108:1, 2

Lord over and over we hear the word steadfast. Thank You for Your steadfast love for us. Thank You for being with us today. We love You Lord and thank You for Your unconditional love. Thank You for knowing all about us and knowing just what we need today. Thank You for Your comfort and Your joy.

Thank You Lord.

Amen

Let them extol Him in the congregation of the people, and praise Him in the assembly of the elders. Psalms 107:32

Lord we do praise You when in church. And when we are around others in the church that are in leadership positions. We also rejoice all day long and we praise and thank You for loving us so much. Thank You for being with us each moment of today.

Thank You Lord.

Amen

Let them thank the Lord for His steadfast love, for His wonderworks to the sons of men! Psalms 107:31

Lord we too want to thank You for another day. Today is Friday and You have been with us giving us insights all this week. You have answered our prayers. You have quieted our anxious hearts. We have much to thank and praise You for and we certainly do thank You. Once again we want to thank You for Your unconditional steadfast love.

Thank You Lord.

Some went down to the sea in ships, doing business on the great waters; they saw the deeds of the Lord, His wondrous works in the deep. For He commanded, and raised the stormy wind, which lifted up the waves of the sea. They mounted up to heaven, they went down to the depths; their courage melted away in their evil plight; they reeled and staggered like drunken men, and were at their wits’ end. Then they cried to the Lord in their trouble, and He delivered them from their distress; He made the storm be still, and the waves of the sea were hushed. Then they were glad because they had quiet, and He brought them to their desired haven. Psalms 107: 23- 30

Lord over and over we read how when Your people were in trouble You were there all the time waiting for them to ask for Your help. Thank You for reminding us that we need to ask and You are there for us too. Thank You for Your steadfast love. You are with us and we thank You.

Thank You Lord.

Amen

Let them thank the Lord for His steadfast love, for His wonderful works to the sons of men! And let them offer sacrifices of thanksgiving and tell of His deeds in songs of joy! Psalms 107:21, 22

Thank You Lord for the songs of joy we have because You are our Lord. You are always with us. Your love for us is unconditional. You pick us up when we fall and set us on solid ground. Nothing is too hard for You. Oh how we love You and trust You. What a gift…what a joy….what peace we have and we thank You.

Thank You Lord.

Amen

Some were sick through their sinful ways, and because of their iniquities suffered affliction; they loathed any kind of food, and they drew near to the gates of death. Then they cried to the Lord in their trouble, and He delivered them from their distress; He sent forth His word, and healed them, and delivered them from destruction. Psalms 107:17 – 20

Thank You Lord for helping us through each difficult obstacle. Thank You for Your wisdom. Thank You for giving us Your peace. Oh how blessed we are Lord and we thank YOU!

Thank You Lord.

Amen

Some wondered in desert wastes, finding no way to a city to dwell in; hungry and thirsty, their soul fainted within them. Then they cried to the Lord in their trouble, and He delivered them from their distress; He led them by a straight way, till they reached a city to dwell in. Let them thank the Lord for His steadfast love, for His wonderful works to the sons of men! For He satisfies him who is thirsty, and the hungry He fills with good things. Psalms 4 – 9

Thank You Lord for loving us so unconditionally. These verses certainly remind us how much You truly love us. Thank You for always hearing our cries for help. You are always there and we thank You.

Thank You Lord.

Amen

Some sat in darkness and in gloom, prisoners in affliction and in irons, for they had rebelled against the words of God, and spurned the counsel of the Most High. Their hearts were bowed down with hard labor; they fell down with none to help. Than they cried to the Lord in their trouble, and He delivered them from their distress; He brought them out of darkness and gloom, and broke their bonds asunder. Let them thank the Lord for His steadfast love, for His wonderful works to the sons of men! For He shatters the doors of bronze, and cuts in two the bars of iron. Psalms 107 10- 16

Thank You Lord for ALWAYS hearing us when we cry out to You. You are with us today and we thank You. Thank You for Your wisdom and love. We love You Lord.

Thank You Lord.

Amen

O give thanks to the Lord, for He is good; for His steadfast love endures forever; let the redeemed of the Lord say so whom He has redeemed from trouble and gathered in from the lands, from the east and from the west, from the north and from the south. Psalms 107:1 – 3

Thank You Lord for Your steadfast love that endures with us forever. Oh how we need to dwell on that fact. What a tremendous gift to each of us to know that Your love is always with us. We are never without Your love and compassion. Thank You for giving us the strength we need for today. You are our rock and we thank You.

Thank You Lord.

Amen

They made a calf in Horeb and worshiped a molten image. They exchanged the glory of God for the image of an ox that eats grass. They forgot God, their Savior, who had done great things in Egypt, wondrous works in the land of Ham, and terrible things by the Red Sea. Therefore He said He would destroy them —had not Moses, His chosen one, stood in the breach before Him, to turn away His wrath from destroying them. Psalms 106:19 – 23

Thanks You Lord for hearing us when we pray. How exciting to read about Moses’ faith as he prayed. He stood in the gap and prayed for You to save those that had turned far away from You. AND You heard his prayers and answered.

Thank You for those that pray for us. How blessed we are and how loved we feel.

Thank You Lord.

Amen
