Thought For Today

Three things are too wonderful for me; four I do not understand; the way of an eagle in the sky, the way of a serpent on a rock, the way of a ship on the high seas, and the way of a man with a maiden. Thank You Lord for all You have given us.

Agur is no doubt in a thinking and pondering mood. He gives us food for thought and helps us appreciate his knowledge as we also ponder. There are a lot of interesting and amazing things when we stop to take notice. I was watching a barge go down the river last night with all its lights shining. It was a beautiful sight as it glided along pushing its cargo. I, like Agur, watched in amazement as it floated along. An everyday sight to behold and enjoy.

Thank You for those little things in our lives that show us You are there Lord. How we need them and appreciate them.
