Thought For Today

So he (Herod) questioned Him (Jesus) at some length; but He made no answer.  Luke 23:9

Lord how interesting that Herod had wanted to talk with You for a long time and here You were in front of him.  He could ask You whatever he wanted to.  You were really at his mercy as a prisoner.

Thank You Lord that You are always there to listen to us.

Thank You too that as in Herod’s questioning with all the scribes and priests listening You know exactly what to say or not to say.

Thank You for those times when You are silent with us because You know our requests are not reasonable either.

Thank You for knowing ALL things and wanting the very best for each of our lives.

Thank You Lord.
