Thought For Today

Jesus said to them, (chief priest and scribes) “I will ask you a question; answer me, and I will tell you by what authority I do these things. Was the baptism of John from heaven or from men? Answer me.” Mark 11:29, 30

Lord You knew just the right thing to say to them. You asked them a questions. They were always questioning You hoping they would find fault with You. Now you were asking them to answer because You knew they would trip themselves up.

Thank You Lord for wisdom. It is a great gift. Knowing when to say something and when to stay quiet. Your gift to us and I thank You.
