Thought For Today

And James and John, the sons of Zebedee, came forward to Him, (Jesus) and said to Him, “Teacher, we want you to do for us whatever we ask of You.” Mark 10:35

Lord here were two brother’s brazen enough to ask You to do anything they wanted You to do. Initially I thought – ‘who in the world do they think they are.’ And yet Lord when I reflect on what I am saying I know that I have no room to talk. After all haven’t I often ask for personal things too.

Thank You for Your unconditional love Lord. A love that understands our humanness and loves us in spite of our shortcomings. We love You Lord. Thank You for Your many blessings.
