Thought For Today

(Jesus continued)  “And they will say to you,  ‘Lo, there!’ or ‘Lo here!’  Do not go, do not follow them.  For as the lightning flashes and lights up the sky from one side to the other, so will the Son of man be in his day.”

Luke 17:23, 24

Lord this must have had Your disciples wondering what in the world You were talking about.  As Your story unfolded they must have understood more about what You were telling them about after the fact.

Thank You Lord for knowing all and being all.

Thank You that we don’t have to understand everything about You just as we don’t have to understand everything about the lightning.

Thank You for giving us faith.

Thank You for giving us the opportunity to ask You to increase our faith.

Thank You that we have everything we need in You.

How blessed we truly are Lord.

Thank You Lord.
