Thought For Today

(Jesus continued) “Believe me that I am in the Father and the Father in me; or else believe me for the sake of the works themselves.”
John 14:11

Lord it is not easy for us to believe without proof. You kept telling Your followers that You were here about Your Father’s business. Now You were telling them if they couldn’t believe Your words then they should believe because of the works You were doing.

Thank You for the gift life.

Thank You for John’s record of Your conversations with Your disciples.

Lord it wasn’t always easy for them to understand just like there are times when we don’t understand. You were patient with them just as You are patient with us today.
