Paul writes…. Three different times I begged God to make me well again. Each time He said, “No. But I am with you; that is all you need. My power shows up in weak people.” Now I am glad to boast about how weak I am; I am glad to be a living demonstration of Christ’s power, instead of showing off my own power and abilities. 2 Corinthians 12:8, 9

Lord … while praying today for the many that need Your healing touch I was reminded of Paul’s words from You when praying for his own healing. “MY grace Is sufficient for you….MY strength is made perfect in your weakness.” Those word kept resonating within my heart. What did You want me to see today Lord as I prayed for each person. Earlier in my journey in prayer for others You showed me to start focusing on what I could be thankful for and dwell upon that while praying for healing. Now Lord I see You are showing me that some things won’t be healed as with Paul and his ‘thorn in the flesh.’ It was to show all that met him Your strength. He was week but You were strong. You gave Paul the strength he needed for everything You called him to do.

Thank You Lord that we are never without Your strength and Your power in whatever You call us to. You are with us every step of the way today and every day. Thank You for helping us keep our eyes upon You and all Your gifts and blessings.

Thank You Lord.

Amen
