Lord we too praise and thank You. Thank You for Your power. Thank You for Your steadfast love. Thank You for being with us today. We love You Lord and thank You for Your love for us.

O God, Thou art my God, I seek Thee, my soul thirsts for Thee; my flesh faints for Thee, as in a dry and weary land where no water is. Psalms 63:1
Lord we need You in our lives just as much as David needed You. He was in the wilderness when he wrote this Psalm. There are times Lord when we are in a wilderness too. Times when we feel very isolated with no one that understands us. Times when we feel You are all we have to cling to. Times when we are full of Your joy and yet we are alone. These were David’s feeling too. And we look at the joy David had because he called upon You and walked through the trials. There is victory! There was victory for David and there is victory for us. Oh how we thank You. Oh how we praise You. Oh how we love You and trust You. Thank You for Your peace.

Lord how thankful we are that power and steadfast love belong to You. You are in control. You are with us today just life You were with us yesterday and the day before. Thank You for showing us Your way as we take each step with You.

Thank You Lord for being our refuge. Thank You that we can trust You. You are ALWAYS with us to help us and give us strength and wisdom. Lord we are trusting You today and thanking You for being with us. You promised to never leave us or forsake us. What a precious gift.

Lord it is wonderful to be like David and know that we will not be shaken because we are standing on the rock. You are our rock and we thank You for helping us see over and over what a strong rock we have to stand on. Thank You for being with us today. Thank You for watching over us. Thank You for loving us unconditionally.

For God alone my soul waits in silence, for my hope is from Him. Psalms 62:5
Thank You Lord for listening to our cries when we wait in silence. This verse makes me think of the many that are all alone in hospital beds praying and waiting in silence for You to help them with each breath they take. Situations we never dreamed we would find ourselves in. All alone….crying out to You for help. Thank You for the hope You give us. Thank You for the peace You give that calms our spirit and helps us continue to trust. Oh how we thank You for ALWAYS being with us.

Lord how thankful we are to have You as our rock. You are there holding us up when the storms of life try to knock us down. You are there to rejoice with us when we thank You for our many gifts and blessings. You are there with a peace that passes all human understanding. You are our fortress. We are safe in Your arms of unconditional love. We have much to thank and praise You for today. We are never alone. You are ALWAYS there and we thank You.

O my Strength, I will sing praises to Thee, for Thou, O God, art my fortress, the God who shows me steadfast love. Psalms 59:17
Lord once again the Psalmist reminds us of Your steadfast love. He also reminds us of Your strength. He knows You are his fortress. All these gifts give him such joy that he sings praises to You.
Thank You Lord that we too sing praises because You are all these things to us too.

Lord thank You for this verse and all that it says to us today. We are reminded once again that Your love is steadfast. You are always there ….loving us…never giving us more than we can handle. Sometimes Lord we think it is going to break us but it never does. You always send something or someone to encourage us and lift us up. Thank You for always being there. Thank You for being with us today.
